Welcome to Kichen ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Kichen app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kichen. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
You're responsible for your account's security and activity. You agree to provide accurate information and can delete your account at any time in Settings.
You keep ownership of recipes, photos, comments, and ratings you post. By posting, you grant Kichen a license to host and display that content within the app. You're responsible for what you post, and content that's illegal, hateful, or unsafe isn't allowed. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
Don't impersonate others, harass other users, spam, or try to interfere with the app's systems.
Kichen lets individual cooks mark themselves "Available for Orders" and share contact info so users can arrange food orders directly with each other.
Kichen is not a party to any such order. We do not prepare, sell, deliver, license, or verify food safety credentials for any user offering food. It is the responsibility of each user offering food to comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
If you order food from another user, you do so entirely at your own risk. Kichen does not process payments for these orders and disclaims liability for any illness, injury, loss, or dispute arising from them.
Recipes are submitted by community members and are not reviewed by Kichen for accuracy or safety. Use your own judgment, especially regarding allergens and food handling.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KichenApp, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any peer order or recipe prepared from content on the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
